About Roseburg Regional Airport
Roseburg Regional Airport is a publicly owned general aviation airport serving Roseburg, Douglas County, and the surrounding Umpqua Valley in southern Oregon. Located about one mile northwest of downtown Roseburg, the airport is also known as Major General Marion E. Carl Memorial Field, named in honor of the Roseburg-born aviator Marion Eugene Carl.
Opened in December 1938, the airport has developed into an important regional facility for private, corporate, charter, and air cargo operations. It features a single asphalt runway and a compact passenger terminal supported by a fixed-base operator, Western Oregon Flying Services, which provides fuel, aircraft rental, flight instruction, maintenance, and pilot services.
