Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz International Airport serves Buraydah and the Qassim region in the centre of Saudi Arabia. It is the only airport serving the province and connects local travellers with domestic hubs such as Riyadh and Jeddah, as well as a number of international destinations.
Built in 1971 and later upgraded to international status in 2017, the airport was renamed in 2012 in memory of former Crown Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz. It is owned and operated by the General Authority of Civil Aviation.
The airport lies roughly 30 km from Buraydah city centre and is reached mainly by taxi, private transfer, or rental car. A single passenger terminal handles arrivals, departures, and airline services in one compact building.
