Pinal Airpark is a public-use general aviation airport near Marana, Arizona, operated by Pinal County. Opened in March 1943 as Marana Army Airfield, it trained military pilots during World War II and later became a county-owned facility focused on aircraft storage, maintenance, repair, and overhaul.
Located just off Interstate 10 between Phoenix and Tucson, the airpark serves general aviation users and supports aircraft up to Boeing 747-8 size. Its main runway, Runway 12/30, is 6,849 feet long, and on-site businesses provide fueling, aircraft parking, heavy maintenance, part-out, storage, and related aviation services.
