Pécs-Pogány International Airport is a small commercial gateway serving Pécs and the Baranya region of southern Hungary. It lies near the village of Pogány, roughly 9 km south-southeast of the city centre, and provides access for both regional scheduled traffic and general aviation.
The airport has a single 1,500 m asphalt runway and one compact passenger terminal with a control tower. The runway was completed in 2003 and the passenger terminal was opened in 2006, supporting regional flights and private aircraft.
PEV offers scheduled and seasonal connections including Munich, Malta and Corfu, and is served mainly by regional turboprop aircraft. The terminal brings check-in, security, arrivals and basic passenger services together in one building, which keeps walking distances short.
