Paris-Orly Airport is one of the main international airports serving Paris and the Île-de-France region. Located about 14 km south of the city centre, it handles domestic, European and international flights and serves as an important gateway for both leisure and business travellers.
Since 2019, the former Orly Ouest and Orly Sud terminals have been reorganized into a single terminal complex divided into four departure sectors: Orly 1, Orly 2 and Orly 3 on the west side, and Orly 4 on the south side. This layout groups check-in, security and boarding gates by sector and provides walking and shuttle connections between areas.
The airport is connected to Paris by automated Metro Line 14, the Orlyval shuttle to Antony for the RER B, Tram T7, buses, taxis, private transfers and road links. These connections make it relatively easy to continue to the city centre and other parts of the Paris region.
Inside the terminal complex, passengers can find shops, restaurants, cafés, lounges, free Wi-Fi, charging points, family areas and accessibility services, making Orly a practical gateway for visitors arriving in the French capital.
