About the Event

The 56th edition of the International Paris Air Show takes place from 14 to 20 June 2027 at Paris-Le Bourget. Founded in 1909 and organised every two years by SIAE, a subsidiary of the French Aerospace Industries Association (GIFAS), the show is the world's leading event for civil and defence aviation and the space sector.

The first four days, from 14 to 17 June, are reserved for trade visitors, while the general public is welcomed from 18 to 20 June. Exhibition halls are open from 08:30 to 18:00, and flying demonstrations are held daily from around 12:30 to 16:30, featuring aircraft such as the Rafale, Mirage, Typhoon and Falcon.

The show brings together the full range of international industry stakeholders: manufacturers, decision-makers, suppliers, official and institutional delegations, start-ups, talent and media. The latest edition attracted some 305,000 visitors, around 2,400 exhibitors from 48 countries and more than 2,200 journalists, with 155 aircraft on display and 173 flying demonstrations.

Exhibits and content span civil and defence aviation, space, drones, new mobility and the industry's major transformations, including competitiveness, decarbonisation and future industrial capabilities. Dedicated spaces such as the Paris Air Lab and the Start-Me-Up initiative focus on innovation, with around 136 start-ups exploring topics such as new energy, artificial intelligence, big data and the future of flight.

The 2027 edition also marks the 100th anniversary of the first Atlantic crossing and Charles Lindbergh's landing at Le Bourget, underlining the venue's place in aviation history. Trade visitors use the show for business meetings, B2B matchmaking and order announcements, while public visitors can explore aircraft up close, follow the air displays and discover careers in aerospace.

Throughout the week, the event combines a large static aircraft display with live demonstrations, conferences and networking opportunities, making it both a strategic business platform and a celebration of flight.
