Oskaloosa Municipal Airport is a public general aviation airport serving Oskaloosa, the seat of Mahaska County in southeastern Iowa. First activated in October 1959 and owned by the City of Oskaloosa, it supports private, business and charter aviation along with flight training, aircraft rental and maintenance services.
Located about 9 miles southeast of central Oskaloosa on a 620-acre site, the airport operates two concrete runways: the main runway 13/31 and the shorter runway 4/22. A general aviation facility provides fuel, hangars, tiedowns, a passenger lounge and pilot amenities, while there is no scheduled airline service or control tower.
Road access links the airport to Oskaloosa and the surrounding area, with private transfers, rental cars and other pre-arranged ground transportation available for the short drive into the city centre.
