Olavarría Airport is a municipal aerodrome serving the city of Olavarría and the central Buenos Aires Province in Argentina. It mainly handles private, business, charter, agricultural and medical evacuation flights, and acts as an important fuel stop for the region.
Created by provincial decree in 1977 and inaugurated in 1980, the airport is located about 11 km from the Olavarría city centre, near National Route 226 and Provincial Route 51. It has a paved runway of 2,200 by 45 metres and a secondary dirt runway of 1,060 by 30 metres, with lighting that supports night operations.
With its own aeronautical fuel supply offering AvGas and Jet A1, a flight planning office and a control tower, the airport functions as a practical regional gateway. Travel into the city is usually completed by taxi, private transfer or rental car, with hotels and services available in central Olavarría.
