Montague-Yreka Rohrer Field (ROF) is a public general aviation airport serving Montague, Yreka, and the wider Siskiyou County area in far northern California. The facility is owned by the City of Montague and is open to the public, with no scheduled airline service and no control tower.
The airport was established at its present site in 1928 and activated in its current form in April 1940. It sits about one mile west of Montague and roughly five miles from Yreka, providing a local gateway for private pilots, business aviation, and general aviation traffic.
ROF has two runways: a 3,360-foot asphalt runway (15/33) and a 2,080-foot turf runway (5/23). On-site services include 100LL fuel, tie-down parking, hangars, a pilot lounge, restrooms, weather briefing, and limited aircraft maintenance through the local fixed-base operator.
