About Minot International Airport
Minot International Airport is the main commercial airport serving Minot and the north-central region of North Dakota. Owned and operated by the City of Minot, it provides scheduled passenger service through Delta Air Lines, United Airlines and Allegiant Air, connecting the area to Minneapolis–St. Paul, Denver, Las Vegas and Phoenix-Mesa.
The airport moved into its current commercial terminal in February 2016. The single passenger terminal, with about 125,000 square feet of space, handles all departures and arrivals and includes airline check-in counters, a security checkpoint, baggage claim, dining, shopping and passenger amenities.
MOT is located about 3 km north of central Minot on the city's North Hill, making downtown hotels, businesses and Minot Air Force Base relatively easy to reach. Travelers can continue by taxi, hotel shuttle, rental car or prearranged private transfer, and parking is available directly outside the terminal.
For passengers, the airport offers a restaurant and bar on both sides of security, free Wi-Fi, a gift shop, a children's play area, charging stations and other conveniences that support a straightforward travel experience.
