Mangla Airport, also known as Mangla Airbase, is a military airfield located in the Punjab province of Pakistan, close to the town of Dina and the cantonment of Mangla. It sits about 10 km from the centre of Mangla Cantt and 3 km from Dina, near the Jhelum district and the Mangla Dam area.
The airfield has a single asphalt runway, designated 14/32, with a length of approximately 1,524 metres and an elevation of around 902 ft. It does not operate scheduled commercial passenger services and is used mainly for military and general aviation purposes.
Its location places it about 20 km from Mirpur in Azad Jammu Kashmir and roughly 90 km southeast of Islamabad, making it a regional reference point for private, charter and corporate flights in the Jhelum and Mangla areas.
Road access is available from Dina and the surrounding region, with onward travel by private transfer, taxi or rental car. Passenger facilities at the airfield are limited because it functions primarily as a military installation, so most services are found in nearby Dina, Mangla Cantt and Jhelum.
