Malanje Airport is the main airport serving Malanje, the capital of Malanje Province in northern Angola. It primarily handles domestic flights and acts as an important regional link between the city and other parts of Angola, including connections through Luanda.
The airport was originally built during the colonial era but was out of service for many years because of the Angolan civil war. It was reopened in December 2010 with a refurbished terminal, restoring scheduled air access to the province.
