Activated in November 1937 and expanded during the World War II era, the airport now operates two asphalt runways: a 9,020-foot main runway (17/35) with an ILS approach and a 4,075-foot crosswind runway (10/28). Located about three miles northwest of downtown Logan, the airport is a short drive from the city centre, Utah State University, and communities across Cache Valley near the Utah-Idaho border.
