Keningau Airport is a small, privately owned domestic aerodrome serving the town of Keningau in the Interior Division of Sabah, Malaysia. It sits about 2.5 km northeast of Keningau town and is also known as Keningau Airstrip, with the IATA code KGU and ICAO code WBKG.
The airport has a single grass runway aligned 17/35 and measuring roughly 872 metres in length. Commercial scheduled flights ceased decades ago, and today the airfield mainly supports general aviation and the Sabah Flying Club rather than regular public air transport. The facility is not equipped to handle large aircraft.
Because of its compact size, the airport has limited terminal infrastructure and passenger services. The former terminal building has been repurposed as a restaurant called Airport Kitchen, and the site offers only basic facilities for the small number of private and recreational flights that use the aerodrome.
For road travel, the airport is close to Keningau town, so onward journeys into the centre and across the surrounding Sabah interior can be arranged easily by car, taxi, or private transfer.
