Jackson Hole Airport (JAC)

Jackson Hole Airport is the primary commercial airport serving Jackson, Wyoming, and the wider Jackson Hole valley. It is the only commercial airport in the United States located entirely within a national park, sitting within Grand Teton National Park about seven miles north of downtown Jackson. Established in the 1930s, the airport was significantly modernized with a 2014 terminal renovation and later expanded to improve gates, baggage claim, dining and retail space. It operates a single passenger terminal and one runway, with year-round and seasonal domestic flights connecting travelers to major hubs. The airport serves as a gateway to Grand Teton National Park, Yellowstone National Park, the town of Jackson and the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort in Teton Village. Airlines including Delta, United, American and Alaska provide scheduled service, with seasonal increases in summer and winter. From JAC, travelers can reach downtown Jackson in about 15–20 minutes by car, taxi, rideshare, shuttle or private transfer. The terminal offers free Wi-Fi, dining, shopping and other passenger amenities, making the airport a compact and convenient entry point to the region.
