Huslia Airport is a state-owned public-use airport serving Huslia, a community in the Yukon-Koyukuk Census Area of interior Alaska. The airport provides an essential link for residents, mail, freight and visitors traveling to and from this remote Koyukuk River community.
Located about one nautical mile east of central Huslia, the airport has a single gravel runway measuring 4,000 by 75 feet and one compact passenger terminal. Scheduled regional flights operated by Wright Air Service connect Huslia with Fairbanks and other communities in Alaska's interior.
The current airport facility was activated in 2003 and serves as a year-round transportation gateway in an area where road connections are limited.
