General Santos International Airport, also known as Tambler Airport, is the main airport serving General Santos City and the SOCCSKSARGEN region of southern Mindanao. It is officially classified as an international airport and is operated by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines.
The airport is located in Barangay Fatima, roughly 14 km from downtown General Santos City, and has a single passenger terminal. The terminal was rehabilitated and expanded, with the upgraded building completed in September 2021, while the airport's 3,227-metre runway is among the longest in the Philippines.
GES mainly handles domestic flights connecting General Santos City with Manila, Cebu, Iloilo, Clark and other points, while retaining capacity for international and charter operations. Airlines serving the airport include Cebu Pacific, Philippine Airlines, PAL Express and AirAsia Philippines.
