Gaylord Regional Airport is a county-owned, public-use general aviation airport serving Gaylord and Otsego County in northern Michigan. Activated in 1945, the airport supports private, business, medical and charter flights rather than scheduled commercial airline service.
The airport is located about one nautical mile, or roughly 1.9 kilometres, southwest of downtown Gaylord. It has two asphalt runways and no control tower, and the current general aviation terminal, opened in 2006, provides a compact and practical base for pilots and passengers.
