Fresno Yosemite International Airport is the primary commercial airport serving Fresno and California's central San Joaquin Valley. Opened in 1962 and known for many years as Fresno Air Terminal, it was renamed in 1996 to reflect its role as a gateway to Yosemite National Park.
The airport handles domestic flights to major U.S. cities and international service to Mexico through a single passenger terminal with Concourse A and Concourse B.
