Forestville Airport is a small regional airport serving the town of Forestville and the Haute-Côte-Nord region of Quebec, on the north shore of the St. Lawrence River. Opened in 1980 and operated by the Town of Forestville, it is the only airport within roughly 100 kilometres and supports business travel, charter flights, general aviation and regional connectivity.
The airport has a single asphalt runway, 09/27, measuring about 1,524 metres (5,000 feet) at an elevation of 89 metres (293 feet), together with a modern business centre. Operations are geared toward general aviation and charter services rather than large-scale scheduled commercial traffic.
Located about 2.7 kilometres from central Forestville, the airport is reached by road and sits close to Route 138, which follows the north shore toward Baie-Comeau and Les Escoumins. The town's vehicle and passenger ferry also links Forestville with Rimouski on the south shore of the St. Lawrence.
