Ephrata Municipal Airport is a public-use general aviation airport serving Ephrata, the seat of Grant County in central Washington. Established in 1939 as Ephrata Army Air Base, the airfield supported B-17 and B-24 training during World War II before being transferred to Grant County for civilian use.
The airport is operated by the Port of Ephrata and features three asphalt runways, including a main 5,500-foot runway, together with a historic terminal building. It primarily serves private aviation, flight training, aircraft maintenance and general aviation traffic rather than scheduled commercial airline service.
Located about two miles southeast of Ephrata, the airport provides easy road access to the city centre, with State Route 17 linking Ephrata to Moses Lake, Soap Lake and the wider Columbia Basin. A courtesy car is available from the Port office during weekday business hours for local travel.
