About Bowling Green–Warren County Regional Airport
Bowling Green–Warren County Regional Airport is a public-use general aviation airport serving Bowling Green and the wider south-central Kentucky region. The site was established in 1934 as a military airfield and has since developed into an important local aviation facility open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Located about 2 miles southeast of downtown Bowling Green, the airport supports private, charter, corporate, and general aviation traffic. Its main runway is 6,501 feet long, and the airport operates without a control tower, with arrivals and departures coordinated by pilots and the on-site FBO.
Passenger services are centered on the Co-Mar Aviation FBO, which provides a passenger terminal and lounge, pilot facilities, fueling, hangars, catering, and rental car arrangements. Ground access to the city is available by car, taxi, rideshare, and shuttle.
