Battle Creek Executive Airport at Kellogg Field is a publicly owned general aviation airport serving the City of Battle Creek and the wider southwest Michigan region. Previously known as W.K. Kellogg Airport, the 1,260-acre site is operated by the City of Battle Creek and supports corporate, private, military and flight-training activity.
Located about 3 miles west of downtown Battle Creek and immediately south of Springfield, the airport is home to a distinctive aviation cluster that includes Western Michigan University's College of Aviation, the 110th Attack Wing of the Battle Creek Air National Guard, Duncan Aviation, WACO Aircraft Corporation, Centennial Aircraft Services and an FAA flight inspection field office. Its main runway measures 10,004 feet, one of the longest runways in Michigan.
The airport does not offer scheduled airline service and functions primarily as a gateway for business, general and military aviation. Passenger handling is provided through fixed-base operators, with a passenger terminal and lounge available at Duncan Aviation.
