Located about 0.4 km east of the village, the airport has a single gravel runway, designated 04/22, approximately 1,073 metres long, and one small terminal building. Air Inuit provides scheduled regional flights connecting Aupaluk with Kuujjuaq and other nearby Ungava Bay communities.
