About Astoria Regional Airport
Astoria Regional Airport is a joint civil-military public airport serving Astoria and the northern Oregon coast. Owned and operated by the Port of Astoria, the airport is located in Warrenton, about three miles southwest of downtown Astoria in Clatsop County.
The airport primarily supports general aviation, including private and corporate flights, flight training and United States Coast Guard operations. It does not currently offer scheduled commercial passenger service, so it functions mainly as a gateway for pilots and private travelers visiting the Columbia River and Oregon coast region.
Astoria Regional Airport operates two runways and a compact terminal building with a waiting area, pilot facilities, a café and general aviation support services. The airport is reached by road from Highway 101, which connects Astoria, Warrenton, Seaside and other coastal communities.
Its location near the mouth of the Columbia River makes it convenient for reaching Astoria's historic waterfront, Fort Stevens State Park and coastal destinations to the south.
