Al Wajh Domestic Airport serves the coastal town of Al Wajh in Tabuk Province, northwest Saudi Arabia. Positioned on the Red Sea coast, it provides scheduled domestic connections and acts as a gateway to nearby tourism developments such as the AMAALA destination.
The airport was modernised by Red Sea Global and resumed commercial operations in 2026 with an upgraded terminal designed to handle around 500,000 passengers a year. The facility accommodates narrow-body aircraft including the Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 families, and is served by Saudia flights between Al Wajh and Riyadh and Jeddah.
Located about 5 km from central Al Wajh, the airport is reached quickly by taxi, private transfer or rental car, with journeys to the town centre and old port typically taking around 10 to 15 minutes.
