Stevanus Rumbewas Airport is the main airport serving Serui and the Yapen Islands Regency in Papua, Indonesia. It opened in December 2014, replacing the older Sudjarwo Tjondronegoro Airport closer to Serui town, and now handles the area's scheduled domestic flights.
Located in Kamanap, Kosiwo district, on Yapen Island, the airport operates from a single passenger terminal with a 1,600-metre asphalt runway. Domestic services connect the island mainly with Jayapura and Biak through carriers such as Trigana Air and Wings Air.
The airport lies roughly 36 km from central Serui, and the journey into town is normally made by pre-arranged car or shared transport along the island road. Ground transportation can be limited, so visitors usually coordinate pickups with their accommodation or a local driver.
