Norway House Airport is a small regional airport serving Norway House, a northern Manitoba community on the Nelson River about 456 km north of Winnipeg by air. Operated by the Government of Manitoba, it connects Norway House and nearby communities to Winnipeg and other regional centres.
The airport operates from a single passenger terminal opened in 1971 and a crushed-rock runway aligned 06/24. Perimeter Aviation provides scheduled passenger service to Winnipeg and Cross Lake, while charter and air ambulance flights also use the airport.
Located adjacent to the community, the airport is roughly 3 km from central Norway House, a short drive by taxi or pre-arranged transfer. It provides an essential year-round air link for northern Manitoba communities.
