About Dubrovnik Ruđer Bošković Airport
Dubrovnik Ruđer Bošković Airport is the main international airport serving Dubrovnik and southern Dalmatia. First built in 1936 in Gruda and relocated to its present site near Čilipi in 1962, it has grown into a major gateway for the Adriatic coast and was renamed in honour of the Dubrovnik-born scientist Ruđer Bošković in 2023.
Located about 22.5 km southeast of central Dubrovnik, the airport connects the city with over 70 destinations and more than 45 carriers, supporting both leisure and business travel. Its terminal complex comprises Terminal C for departures and Terminal B for arrivals, while Terminal A is used for baggage handling.
