Lt. Col W.G. (Billy) Barker VC Airport is the main airport serving Dauphin, Manitoba, and the surrounding Parkland region. Originally established as RCAF Station Dauphin during the Second World War as part of the British Commonwealth Air Training Plan, it was later renamed in honour of William George Barker, the First World War flying ace who was born in Dauphin.
The airport is owned and operated by the Dauphin Regional Airport Authority and is located about 3 miles (5.6 km) south of central Dauphin. It mainly supports private aircraft, air ambulance flights for the Parkland region, and seasonal water bombers, helicopters and spray planes.
The airport has three runways, including the asphalt main runway 14/32, and a modern passenger terminal with washrooms, a waiting area, coffee by donation, water and Wi-Fi.
