Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport is the main international airport serving Liberia and the wider Guanacaste province in northwestern Costa Rica. It is the country's second busiest airport and a key entry point for travelers heading to the Pacific coast.
Commercial operations began at the airport in 1995, and a modern passenger terminal opened in January 2012 under the CORIPORT concession. Located roughly 13 km west of Liberia's city centre, the airport serves both international flights and domestic connections operated mainly by regional carrier Sansa.
