Brest Bretagne Airport is the main airport serving Brest and the Finistère area of western Brittany. Opened in its current form on 12 December 2007, the terminal replaced older facilities and was designed to handle up to 1.4 million passengers per year.
Located in Guipavas, approximately 10 km northeast of Brest city centre, the airport sits close to the N12 road and provides domestic connections, particularly to Paris, alongside a range of European routes. Its single modern terminal handles domestic and international passengers in one building.
The airport is connected to Brest by shuttle bus and tram via Porte de Gouesnou, as well as taxis, private transfers and car rental, making it easy to continue to the city centre and onward destinations along the Brittany coast.
