Located about 2 km (1.2 mi) east of the settlement and roughly 320 km north of Sioux Lookout, the airport is the community's main year-round air link. It has one compact terminal and a single gravel runway, 03/21, measuring 3,613 ft (1,101 m).
Scheduled regional flights connect Weagamow Lake with Sioux Lookout and Thunder Bay, with Wasaya Airways among the carriers operating from the field. Because the airport is remote and subject to subarctic weather, passengers should confirm flights and arrive with food, water, and essentials.
