About Monaco Heliport
Monaco Heliport is the only aviation facility within the Principality of Monaco. Situated in the Fontvieille district on land reclaimed from the sea, it provides helicopter connections between Monaco and the wider French Riviera. The heliport opened with the support of Prince Rainier III in 1976 and has since become an important gateway for business and leisure travelers.
Regular scheduled helicopter flights link the heliport with Nice Côte d'Azur International Airport in about seven minutes, making it a convenient arrival option for travelers connecting from international flights. Services are also operated to Cannes Mandelieu International Airport and Saint-Tropez Airport, while private helicopter charters can reach destinations across France, Switzerland and Italy.
