The airport lies roughly 25 km from central Toulon, with Bandol around 11 km away, Cassis around 26 km and Marseille approximately 46 km to the west. Road access is primarily via the A50 motorway, while high-speed TGV and regional TER services connect through Toulon, Marseille and Aix-en-Provence stations.
Because it focuses on business and private aviation, the airport offers a compact and efficient travel experience. It operates seven days a week, with summer opening hours from 09:00 to 18:00 and winter hours from 09:00 to 17:00 local time, and currently handles flights within the Schengen area.
