Guanare Airport is a public domestic airport serving Guanare, the capital of Portuguesa state in northwestern Venezuela. It is also known as Aeropuerto Nacional Virgen de Coromoto and mainly supports private and general aviation flights rather than regular scheduled commercial services.
Located about 2 km west of central Guanare, the airport provides a convenient entry point for the city and the surrounding Llanos plains. Its single asphalt runway, 05/23, is around 1,800 metres long and is used for light aircraft, private flights and occasional charter operations.
